No return for cosmetics" . Unfortunately you cannot return to store for a refund. Cosmetics can be easily contaminated once opened, making it difficult to resell them to other customers.

However, as a consumer. You are our priority. Please email your experience and we will be happy to  assist you  another solution if applicable.

Exchanges  Only on accessories are allowed within 5 days of product received - Consumer pays for shipping and restocking fee -
